General Conditions of the EBARA Guarantee
1.- All EBARA products are covered by the warranty as provided in current legislation.

2.- The warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing in products manufactured by EBARA.

3.- The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts or parts that do not work correctly. These interventions will be carried out at EBARA or at the Technical Assistance Centers Authorized by EBARA.

4.- To be entitled to the guarantee, the client must have settled all payments. The merchandise must arrive at the authorized Assistance center with postage paid and will be sent postage due.

5.- The guarantee will be lost when:

5.1.- They have been dismantled or repair interventions carried out by people not authorized by EBARA.

5.2.- The malfunction is due to erroneous installation and/or inadequate electrical connection, forced operation, improper operation or operation above the limit of use indicated in the instructions for use. Submerged pumps must arrive complete with cable joints.

5.3.- Corrosive liquids, sandy waters, chemically or physically aggressive liquids have been pumped without prior and express authorization from EBARA, galvanic currents, unauthorized technical modifications, insufficient electrical protection. 5.4.- The damage is a consequence of normal deterioration due to the wear of materials. 5.5.- The maintenance has been insufficient or the installation does not comply with current regulations.

5.6.- The damage is due to an incorrect technical choice of the product.

In the event of damage found during transport and delivery, these must be reported to the carrier/courier, recording this on the delivery note.

These must be communicated in writing to EBARA within eight days after receipt of the merchandise.
