General conditions:

The BIM Object has the parameter structure according to the GDO-BIM Standard, so its usability is transversal to a BIM project, and responds to all the data incorporation and management needs of the asset's life cycle phases.

The BIM Manager, however, must adapt the file to the requirements of the project in accordance with the private contract or public tender or on the basis of the ISO 19650 Standard that applies to the project.

Standardisation helps the use of the BIM file by providing common parameter criteria for the different actors working on the project.

You can access and download the BIM Standard by clicking on the logo.
