Description: EcoTechWall is a prefabricated, circular external wall system, constructed from waste wood, natural fibre insulation and earthen boards or plaster, improving the indoor air quality and enabling the omission of mechanical ventilation based on local production chains. Construction materials are sourced from reused waste wood, wooden or straw insulation and earth (plaster) It improves embodied and energy efficiency, omits mechanical ventilation, improves IEQ, enables circular construction. The EcoTechWall focuses on resource efficiency, circular and climate neutral construction and will therefore be resourced from hygroscopic, climate neutral or climate friendly, circular construction materials such as waste wood, earth and natural fibre insulation to achieve ZeB standard.
General conditions:


The BIM Object in the GreeNest BIM Library is intended for use in eco-efficient projects within the European Union. The BIM file has a parameter structure that complies with the GDO-BIM Standard, meaning that it can be used across a BIM project and meets all the data incorporation and management needs of the asset life cycle phases.

However, the BIM Manager must adapt the file to the requirements of the project in accordance with the private contract or public tender or based on the ISO 19650 standard that applies to the project.

Standardisation facilitates the use of the BIM file, providing common parameter criteria for the different actors working on the project.
