Description: SmartWall is a versatile, modular, prefabricated and fully multi-functional wall that combines low embodied carbon materials with incorporated high efficiency HVAC components consisting of IEQ control, filters and energy recovery system. It can be applied in every European climate and combines several technologies including fully prefabricated walls with timber-based frame and insulation materials, slim-type fan coil for heating and cooling. The effectively insulated façade (U-value 0.12 W/m2K) combined with high performance windows within the frame are in most cases enough to reach at NZEB status.
General conditions:


The BIM Object in the GreeNest BIM Library is intended for use in eco-efficient projects within the European Union. The BIM file has a parameter structure that complies with the GDO-BIM Standard, meaning that it can be used across a BIM project and meets all the data incorporation and management needs of the asset life cycle phases.

However, the BIM Manager must adapt the file to the requirements of the project in accordance with the private contract or public tender or based on the ISO 19650 standard that applies to the project.

Standardisation facilitates the use of the BIM file, providing common parameter criteria for the different actors working on the project.
