EBARA General Warranty Terms and Conditions
1.- All EBARA products are covered by the warranty in accordance with current legislation.

2.- The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in products manufactured by EBARA.

3.- The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts or those that do not function correctly. These repairs will be carried out at EBARA or at Technical Service Centres authorised by EBARA.

4.- To be entitled to the warranty, the customer must have settled all payments. The goods must be delivered to the authorised service centre carriage paid and will be returned carriage forward.

5.- The warranty will be void if:

5.1.- The product has been dismantled or repaired by persons not authorised by EBARA.

5.2.- The malfunction is due to incorrect installation and/or improper electrical connection, forced operation, improper use or operation exceeding the limits specified in the operating instructions. Submersible pumps must be supplied complete with cable connectors.

5.3.- Corrosive liquids, sandy water, chemically or physically aggressive liquids have been pumped without prior and express authorisation from EBARA, galvanic currents, unauthorised technical modifications, or insufficient electrical protection. 5.4.- The damage is the result of normal wear and tear of the materials. 5.5.- Maintenance has been insufficient or the installation does not comply with current regulations.

5.6.- The damage is due to an incorrect technical choice of product.

In the event of faults discovered during transport and delivery, these must be reported to the carrier/courier service, noting this on the delivery note.

These must be reported in writing to EBARA within eight days of receipt of the goods.
