Bimetica Parametric Design Services, S.L., (hereinafter Bimetica) is responsible for the processing and collection of Personal Data on the Bimetica.com portal. The data collected through the forms filled in by the User or the Company on the Portal will be incorporated into an automated personal data file for which Bimetica is responsible. This entity will treat the data confidentially and exclusively for the purpose of managing the relationship with its Users and Companies in order to promote the activities of the company. Likewise, the data will be cancelled, erased and/or blocked when they are inaccurate, incomplete or no longer necessary or relevant for their purpose, in accordance with the provisions of data protection legislation.
By clicking on the send form button or accepting the form, the User or the Company expressly consents that their data may be used for the purpose of providing Bimetica services in accordance with each registration form and/or service.
It is emphasized that the User or the Company, by accepting, has previously read the "legal texts" of the Portal, being fully aware and without reservation of the legal texts. If the User or the Company does not agree with the legal texts, they MUST NOT ACCEPT. Acceptance must always be free, understood, conscious and voluntary, which is why the User or the Company has the necessary time to analyse and consult the legal texts.
Bimetica adopts the security levels required by current legislation on the protection of personal data. Notwithstanding the above, technical security in a medium such as the Internet is not impregnable and there may be leaks due to the malicious actions of third parties.
The User or the Company has the possibility of configuring their browser in such a way as to prevent the creation of cookie files or to warn them when this occurs.
The Portal is accessible without the need for the options relating to cookie files to be activated, although they may prevent the correct functioning of security mechanisms for exclusive services or certain services that require greater security. As a general rule, the purpose of the Portal's cookie files is to facilitate browsing by the User or the Company.
Purpose: The collection of personal data in this form is for the purpose of providing the User with the service of downloading electronic files, content and information (BIM Content or BIM Objects), sending information e-mails on the status of the User's account, management, administration, Portal services, or extension and improvement of the services.
Another purpose of this registration is to inform the User by sending newsletters about the latest news on BIM and technological developments in the construction market and news published in the BIMchannel.net News Blog.

Purpose: The collection of personal data in this form aims to provide the service of analysis, management and feasibility of the request for the development of BIM files. Likewise, such management presupposes informing the Company designated by the User of the terms of such request for the purposes of verification by the Company and Bimetica of the true motivation and authenticity of the request. The outcome of such a request is not subject to any results on the part of Bimetica or the Designated Company.

Legal basis: To respond to the User's legitimate interest in being informed. Users may withdraw their consent at any time. In application of Article 6, 1, a), b) or f) in relation to Article 26 of the General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR.
Purpose: The collection of personal data in this form pursues the purpose of providing the service of analysis, management and feasibility of the request for technical assistance by Bimetica or the Company designated in the form. The User expressly authorises Bimetica to provide his or her contact details to the designated Company for the purpose of analysing the veracity and authenticity of the request. The outcome of such a request is not subject to any results on the part of Bimetica or the Designated Company.

The User expressly authorises Bimetica to provide their contact details to the designated Company. The result of this request is not subject to results on the part of Bimetica or the designated company.

The User expressly authorises Bimetica to provide his or her contact details to the designated Company. The result of said request is not subject to results on the part of Bimetica or the designated Company.

Purpose: The collection of personal data in this form pursues the purpose of providing the service to the User, to request a new BIM Content or BIM Object. Bimetica and the designated Company will carry out the analysis, management and viability of the request for the development of BIM files based on new software and a specific version of a product. In addition, such management presupposes informing the Designated Company of the terms of the request in order to verify by the Company and Bimetica the true motivation and authenticity of the request. The outcome of such a request is not subject to any results on the part of Bimetica or the Designated Company.

By downloading information, content, BIM Objects or BIM Content, the User expressly, freely and consciously accepts that his/her data may be transmitted or transferred to the company that participates with a BIMHosting account on the Portal and that provides such content for downloading.
In order to understand the purpose and scope of this section, we strongly advise the User to read the General Terms and Conditions in general and in particular Articles 1.2, 3.1, 3.3.1, 4, 5, 6, 8.1, 14.1 and 16 of the General Terms and Conditions.
The right to assign or transfer the User's Personal Data to a Company has its legal basis in the legitimate interest and purpose of providing a service described in the GTC. This right is based on the provision of the consent previously given by the User.

Bimetica will retain personal data;
For all forms for a period of one year. At the end of this period and if neither of the parties communicates its termination or cancellation of the service within 30 calendar days, it will be automatically renewed for a period of 1 year.
The Company undertakes to store the User's contact details for a period of one year from the time they are obtained. After this period has elapsed and the data has not been used for the legitimate purposes, the Company undertakes to delete or eliminate the contact data.
The User may revoke the consent given and exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, cancellation, opposition, portability and limitation of processing at any time by contacting the Data Controller for this purpose, duly identifying themselves and informing them of the right they wish to exercise. To exercise this Right, the User must identify him/herself correctly, providing full details of Name, Surname, contact e-mail, contact telephone number, address and, in the case of the Company, Company name and tax identification number, and sufficiently indicating the reason for the Right that he/she wishes to exercise.

The User may send his/her Curriculum Vitae (CV) through the portal or the e-mail address provided for this purpose. The User sending the CV expressly consents that the data provided will be processed by Bimetica in order to participate in our personnel selection processes. Bimetica will analyse the applicant's profile in order to select the best candidate for the vacant position. In the event of any change in the data, please inform us in writing as soon as possible, in order to keep your data duly updated.
The data will be kept for a maximum period of one year, after which the data will be deleted for confidentiality purposes. However, once this period has elapsed, the User may send the CV again for the processes that are in progress.
The data may be processed and/or communicated to companies belonging to the BIMETICA Group for the duration of your CV and for the same purposes as indicated above.
Control Authority: The User may, at any time, exercise his/her Right to Complain by contacting a Control Authority approved by the European Community. In the case of Spain, the competent supervisory authority is the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Web: https://www.aepd.es/index.html).

The data will not be communicated to third party companies or organisations, unless expressly and unequivocally authorised by the User or under court order or in the cases foreseen by the Law.
