Opis: Heat-Harvest Window (HHW) is a lightweight (with PET panes) smart window including a ventilation system with heat recovery (70%), integrating energy harvesting with IAQ and IEQ improvement features. The integration of HHW into the new constructions will reduce the heating/cooling demands due to the low U-value of glazing. The HHW leads to major cost and time savings compared to a central ventilation system. Most of the components are recyclable: wooden profiles, glass (while electronic parts and fans are not).
Opći uvjeti:


The BIM Object in the GreeNest BIM Library is intended for use in eco-efficient projects within the European Union. The BIM file has a parameter structure that complies with the GDO-BIM Standard, meaning that it can be used across a BIM project and meets all the data incorporation and management needs of the asset life cycle phases.

However, the BIM Manager must adapt the file to the requirements of the project in accordance with the private contract or public tender or based on the ISO 19650 standard that applies to the project.

Standardisation facilitates the use of the BIM file, providing common parameter criteria for the different actors working on the project.
