Ceràmica Belianes presents a new production technique based on the use of paper pulp waste (paper mill sludge). The use of this waste as raw material provides an improvement in the technical characteristics of the final product and considerable energy savings in the production process. We also collaborate in the elimination of the aforementioned waste from the paper factories, which are burned in the oven during the cooking process.
Ceràmica Belianes has implemented a product quality system N, certified by AENOR, in all its partition wall products. The precision of the entire production process guarantees a high level of flatness in the pieces, which guarantees perfect finishes in plaster plasters, plasters with mortar, ceramic cladding, etc ... Paper pulp makes the bricks obtained are more porous and easier to cut, in addition to achieving a greater capacity for thermal and acoustic insulation.
Respect for the environment is key in the entire production process since ceramics only use natural raw materials and clean energy sources. The production base is water and clay, and for the combustion of the kiln and dryer, natural gas is used, so that no industrial solid waste is generated and the level of emissions into the atmosphere is much lower.
